Job summary

Prestige Plants Australia Pty is seeking an outstanding Sales Administrator / Project Coordinator to work at the centre of our sales, procurement and project-delivery team in our Kinglake office. This 100% office-based role requires coordinating with the sales, logistics, and nursery teams to deliver complex landscaping projects and prepare major customer quotations.

You will work closely with sales and logistics teams, leveraging AI tools and our ERP system.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, estimating, procurement, construction administration, landscaping, horticulture or project coordination.
• Excellent computer skills and strong spreadsheet capability.
• Fast and accurate typing and data entry with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a large volume of work without losing track of detail.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations from customer tenders, RFQs and plant schedules.
• Use AI tools, spreadsheets and our ERP system to prepare quotes quickly and accurately.
• Enter and maintain quotations, orders and project information in the ERP.
• Manage the daily list of plants that need to be sourced from other nurseries.
• Contact suppliers for availability, pricing and lead times.
• Issue purchase orders and follow suppliers through to delivery.
• Coordinate brokered plants so they arrive in the right quantity, quality and timeframe.
• Support the sales team with customer enquiries, orders, quotations and project follow-up.
• Work closely with logistics to ensure customer deliveries are properly coordinated.
• Chase outstanding actions and solve problems before they affect the customer.
• Help manage a high volume of changing customer and project requirements.

Experience in sales administration, estimating, procurement, construction administration, landscaping, horticulture, building products or project coordination would be highly regarded.

Plant knowledge is helpful but not essential. We can teach the product to someone who is bright, curious and learns quickly.
