This role

You will be responsible for leading and driving the Sales department, including Course & Careers Advisors and Business Development Managers. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires you to be process-driven, think strategically and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.

  • Monitor and ensure performance metrics are being met and reported to executive leadership in a timely manner
