About the Role

As a Credit Analyst / Sales Officer, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers achieve their financial goals. You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing leads, guiding customers through the process with confidence and care while ensuring all applications are assessed accurately and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making phone calls, building rapport quickly, and providing exceptional service while applying their analytical skills to deliver the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a positive, supportive, and professional customer experience.
  • Proactively engage with existing customers to strengthen relationships.
  • Follow up on leads from multiple channels and convert them into successful outcomes.
  • Assess loan applications in line with company policies and credit procedures.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks (employment and rental).
  • Liaise with brokers and customers to ensure a seamless process.
  • Review and analyse credit files, including bank statements.
  • Accurately calculate income, expenses, and affordability.
  • Monitor applications to ensure they progress in a timely manner.

  • 1+ years’ experience in financial services.
