About the Role

As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the strategic execution of integrated marketing and sales activity across a portfolio of residential projects in South Australia. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role focused on performance, brand building, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive community engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage all aspects of project marketing performance and agency relationships.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial objectives
• Champion the brand through high-impact community events and partnerships
• Build strong local networks through events, PR, sponsorships, and stakeholder engagement

About You

• Proven senior experience in Property Marketing, ideally within residential developments
• Leadership experience of at least 1-2 direct reports
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, PR, Communications or related field.
• Strong track record in property marketing for major developments
• Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with media liaison, managing an organization's relationship with the media and public
• Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and high attention to detail
• *Note that Sales Management experience is not required*
