Job summary

Aurum Talent is recruiting an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator for a leading project sales company in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney. You will support residential development campaigns, coordinate marketing initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of sales materials from launch through to settlement.

Join a fast-paced real estate team, manage property listings, liaise with developers and agencies, maintain CRM databases, and provide admin support to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales administration, marketing or a similar coordination role.
• Experience with project sales or residential developments is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns for residential property developments.
• Manage property listings, marketing collateral and digital advertising.
• Liaise with developers, sales agents, external suppliers and marketing agencies.
• Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, brochures and project marketing materials.
