CGF Security and Electrical is seeking an entry to mid-career, all‑rounder to help build and run an AI‑powered sales and marketing department. You will work closely with the Managing Director for 12 months, drive campaigns, meet homeowners across Sydney, and manage the end‑to‑end sales process.

You’ll use AI tools daily, create ads, draft quotes, and follow up to close opportunities. This role involves travel, proactive outreach, and hands‑on marketing training with strong mentorship.

Formación

• Must have a demonstrated interest in AI applications across marketing and sales.

Responsabilidades

• Develop AI-inspired ad copy and content daily.
• Create Meta and Google campaigns and landing pages for homeowners.
• Attend customer meetings with MD and lead consultations.
• Follow up on inquiries and quotes until won.
• Assist with quotes/proposals and keep CRM clean.
• Coordinate handoff of sold work to operations.

CGF Security and Electrical – Caringbah NSW

We're not hiring an assistant. We're building an AI-powered sales and marketing department, and we want the person who'll end up running it.

CGF Security & Electrical installs CCTV, alarms, intercoms and electrical for premium and mid-range homes across Sydney. Our game is simple: get the right homeowner's attention, give them more than they expect, and get the quote over the line.

We use AI across the whole business, from ads and content to quoting and follow-up. Now we want an early-career all-rounder who lives and breathes this stuff to work hand in hand with our Managing Director for 12 months, and earn the right to lead the department we build together.

What you'll do

• Use AI every day: write ad copy, build content, research customers, draft quotes and follow-ups, and find new ways to work faster
• Create the ads: Meta and Google campaigns, short-form video from real jobs, social posts and landing pages that make homeowners pick up the phone
• Get out and sell: drive to customer meetings across Sydney with the MD, sit in on consultations, then run them yourself
• Pick up the phone: follow up enquiries and quotes until they're won, call past customers, start new conversations
• Help prepare quotes and proposals, and keep our CRM pipeline clean
• Hand sold work to our operations team so customers get exactly what was promised

Who you are

• Genuinely obsessed with AI. You already use tools like ChatGPT or Claude and want to push them further
• Interested in advertising and content, and what makes someone stop scrolling and enquire
• Hungry to sell, and happier in front of a customer than behind a desk
• Outgoing and confident, and not scared of the phone or a face-to-face conversation
• Well presented, with a natural authority homeowners trust quickly
• Happy doing the miles, because plenty of driving is part of the role
• Coachable and accountable: you follow through without being chased, and you want to get work done
• Experience in sales, marketing, a trade, or security and electrical is a bonus. Attitude counts more.

Must haves

• Full driver's licence and a clean driving record
• Confident with computers, AI tools and new software
• Full Australian work rights
