They’re looking for a Sales Manager who is excited to build the sales function, bring structure and energy, and lead a small team while maintaining the friendly, down-to-earth culture that has driven the company’s success.

Responsibilities

• Building and leading a small sales team (with plans to grow to 4 reps initially)
• Setting targets, KPIs, and incentives—and helping the team hit them
• Driving sales growth of around 6% each quarter
• Strengthening relationships across hospitality, pub groups, and institutional sectors
• Working closely with the GM on tenders and new business opportunities
