Job summary

EVT Limited's QT Gold Coast brand is seeking a dynamic events sales professional to drive conference and events revenue. You will manage inquiries, proposals, and contracts, build client relationships, and grow a reliable sales pipeline across hospitality and events.

With proven lead generation and closing abilities, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences, maintain CRM records (Ivvy preferred), and contribute to forecasting while embracing EVT’s Daymaker culture

Qualifications

• Sales experience in hospitality or events.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, results-driven and commercially minded.
• Experience with CRM systems (Ivvy preferred).
• Knowledge of C&E or MICE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive C&E and banquet revenue through proactive sales and lead conversion.
• Manage enquiries, prepare proposals, and secure contracts.
• Build strong client relationships and grow a consistent sales pipeline.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings to win business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless events.
• Actively convert MICE leads and identify new business opportunities.
