Job description

This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your sales career through an 18-month fixed-term apprenticeship programme. You'll spend time across a variety of sales teams while working towards a recognised sales qualification, developing your knowledge, skills and confidence in a supportive learning environment.

As part of a cohort of aspiring sales professionals, you'll learn alongside others, sharing experiences and developing together. During an exciting period of transformation, you'll bring curiosity and enthusiasm while learning from experienced colleagues across the organisation. Your impact will be felt through the relationships you build, the opportunities you help create and the contribution you make to our growth. No previous experience is required, just a genuine appetite to learn and a passion for building a career in sales.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Learning how different sales teams operate and gaining experience across a variety of commercial functions.
  • Building relationships with customers and colleagues, developing the confidence to communicate professionally with a range of stakeholders.
  • Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries, follow‑up activities and day‑to‑day account management.
  • Identifying potential opportunities to connect customers with products, services and solutions that meet their needs.
  • Developing your understanding of our customers, markets and brands, using insights to support conversations and recommendations.
  • Creating presentations, proposals and other materials to support customer meetings and sales activities.
  • Using our systems and tools to keep customer information accurate and up to date.
  • Attending customer meetings, industry events and networking opportunities to build your knowledge and professional network.
  • Working closely with teams across the business, including marketing, customer success and product teams, to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Taking part in structured learning and training while working towards your recognised sales qualification.
