Job summary

Service.com.au on the Gold Coast is seeking a results‑driven sales professional to join our phone‑based team. You’ll qualify trade opportunities, manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close, and build real relationships that last beyond the sale.

You’ll thrive on hitting weekly KPIs, be comfortable with a candid commission‑driven mindset, and enjoy direct access to founders, ongoing training, and clear opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in sales or customer service — or exceptional attitude that makes up for it.
• Comfortable on the phone, confident in your pitch, and resilient when it doesn't land.
• Self-motivated — you understand that what you earn is directly tied to what you do.
• A team player who doesn't need hand-holding but knows when to ask for help.
• Valid Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to tradespeople and qualify genuine business opportunities.
• Run the full sales cycle — from first contact to closed deal.
• Build real relationships with clients and follow through after the sale.
• Hit weekly KPIs and compete (healthily) with a team that pushes you.
• Feed back what you hear in the field to help us improve the product.

We connect everyday Australians with trusted local tradies — 90,000+ visitors a month, and growing. Your job is to get on the phone with tradies across Australia and show them why being on our platform is one of the best business decisions they'll make.

It's phone-based and genuinely consultative — a mix of outbound calls and inbound leads from tradies already looking for a platform like ours. Tradies are sceptical, time-poor, and pitched constantly — which means you'll need to earn the conversation, not just read from a script. If you're good at this, you'll know it fast. Your commission will tell you.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Make outbound calls to tradespeople and qualify genuine business opportunities
