Overview

Sales Executive - Yeomans Volkswagen Van Centre Exeter

We are looking for a professional and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at Yeomans Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in Exeter.

Responsibilities

• Achieve vehicle sales targets by following a structured sales process to maximise profit for the business.
• Conduct accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.
• Maintain the showroom and vehicle displays to the high standards expected of the Volkswagen brand.
• Proactively prospect for new and used vehicle customers to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customers are fully briefed on their new vehicle\'s features and controls.
• Maintain regular contact with new and existing customers to build lasting relationships and secure future business.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge of all Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, as well as competitor offerings.
• Ensure all customer information and sales documentation is maintained accurately and comprehensively.
• Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales penetration.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. While experience in a similar role is an advantage, it is not essential. A passion for customer service, professionalism, and a self-motivated attitude are key. A full, valid driving licence is essential for this position.
