The role:
We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our CapitalMarkets team within the Investment Sales division, based in Parramatta.
This is a key role offering exposure to some of WesternSydney’s most exciting commercial property transactions.Working closely with the Director, Head of Investment Sales,and the wider agency team, you’ll help drive business growth, generate newsales opportunities, and represent Knight Frank within the market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carrying out systematic canvassing for new business andclients
  • Review and assess assets and provide sale recommendations
  • Deliver a high level of expertise to clients regarding therelevant market
  • Negotiate and transact the sale of properties
  • Assist in the development of strategies to increase privateinvestor market share and improve profitability
  • Conduct and create comprehensive marketing campaigns
  • Actively pursue and secure new listing opportunities, andcontribute to the maintenance of the Knight Frank Database

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales (preferably in property orrelated industries)
  • Proven track record in new business development
  • Knowledge and experience of the commercial property industry
  • Professional qualifications in Property, Business or Finance(desirable)
  • Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License (Mandatory)
  • Able to build rapport easily
