Job summary

Hirecracker is seeking a Sales Consultant / Qualification Setting Specialist in Sydney to engage prospective property investors, qualify opportunities and book high-quality appointments for the investment team.

You’ll build rapport quickly, ask the right questions and manage your pipeline in CRM to hit appointment and conversion targets, with a hybrid office-to-WFH setup.

3–5 years in sales or lead qualification, a commercial mindset and resilience will help you thrive in a KPI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Sales, Appointment Setting, Lead Qualification or Business Development.
• Confident speaking with prospective clients over the phone.
• Strong ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
• Comfortable asking qualifying questions around goals and investment objectives.
• Commercially minded and motivated by targets.
• Experience in Property, Finance or Investment is advantageous.

• OTE circa $130,000 in Year One

ABOUT THE CLIENT

We’re working with an established Property Investment firm in Sydney that helps Australians make informed decisions around building wealth through property. With continued growth across the business, they’re now looking for a commercially driven Sales Consultant / Qualification Setting Specialist to join their team. This is a role for someone who knows how to have a proper conversation, qualify opportunities and turn genuine interest into qualified appointments.

THE SALES CONSULTANT / QUALIFICATION SETTING SPECIALIST ROLE

You’ll be responsible for engaging with prospective property investors, understanding their goals and financial position, qualifying their suitability and booking high-quality appointments for the wider investment team. This isn’t about hammering through a list and booking appointments at any cost. Quality matters. You’ll need to build rapport quickly, ask the right questions and understand whether there’s a genuine opportunity before progressing the conversation. Day-to-day, you’ll be speaking with prospective clients, qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities, following up warm leads, managing your pipeline through the CRM and consistently working towards appointment and conversion targets.

SALES CONSULTANT ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 3 - 5 years previous experience within Sales, Appointment Setting, Lead Qualification or Business Development
• Confident speaking with prospective clients over the phone
• Strong ability to build rapport and credibility quickly
• Comfortable asking qualifying questions around goals, circumstances and investment objectives
• Commercially minded and motivated by targets
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
• Comfortable working within a KPI-driven sales environment
• Property, Finance, Mortgage, Wealth or Investment experience would be highly advantageous
• Ambitious, resilient and motivated by earning potential
