Job summary

Weploy in Australia is hiring for a Sales & Business Development role. This full-time position starts ASAP and supports outbound calls, lead generation, and relationship-building with customers. You will work with top brands across Australia and receive full training to hit KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months of sales or phone-based experience, a results-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of recent sales, outbound calling, lead generation, retail sales, or phone-based customer service experience.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
• Confidence building rapport and influencing customer decisions.
• Resilience, motivation, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.

What You Need

• Full-time availability (Mon-Fri) - Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
