Job summary

McCarroll Automotive Group in Broadmeadow, NSW invites applications for a Sales Consultant to join the Newcastle-based team. You will promote campaigns across Jeep, Ram, Geely, Leap and Polestar, support new car sales targets, customer service benchmarks and showroom presentation.

If you have vehicle sales experience or strong customer service, you will thrive in a team‑oriented environment, follow dealership systems, build relationships, and contribute to marketing events.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle sales preferred but not essential.
• Provide benchmark levels of customer service and follow all dealership sales systems and protocols.
• Experience in developing new business relationships by contacting potential customers and participating in dealership marketing events and initiatives.
• The ability to study and retain detailed product information.
• Excellent phone manner.
• Must have a current driver’s licence.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
• Strong work ethic and impeccable personal presentation.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Conscientious and motivated attitude, with an eye for detail.
