Job summary

Apple Inc. is hiring for a Sales - Community Specialist to grow Apple products and services across partner stores in Queensland. You will engage customers with demonstrations, train staff, and ensure merchandising standards are met to ensure a premium Apple experience.

The role is based in multiple locations across QLD, with full-time or part-time schedules. You will be a salesperson, leader and influencer within the partner stores, delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• For full-timers, availability to work on a regular schedule of Wednesdays to Sundays (inclusive of both Saturday and Sunday) at our partner stores, and reliably attend work as scheduled.
• For part-timers, availability Thursdays to Sundays (inclusive of both Saturday and Sunday).
• Strong communication and the ability to engage customers and partner staff to drive Apple product knowledge and sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple’s product and service ecosystem within their store environment.
• Speak directly to customers, delivering knowledge and value to help them choose solutions that fit their needs.
• Educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on Apple products and services, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and build brand advocates.
• Increase sales and provide outstanding customer service while delivering individual and group product demonstrations and helping customers set up new Apple products.
• Ensure Apple’s fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple’s standards.

Description

• We engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple’s entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.
• You speak directly to our customers, providing them with the right knowledge and value for them to make informed choices that best suits their needs.
• You educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.
• Increasing sales and providing outstanding customer service while you deliver individual and group product demonstrations and help customers set up their new Apple products.
• You strive for perfection, ensuring Apple’s fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple’s standards.

You would be allocated to one of the below community should the interview rounds be successful:

• Full-time (38 hours weekly, Wed-Sun): Maroochydore 4558
• Part-time (~29 hours weekly, Thurs - Sun): Loganholme 4129 / Robina 4230 / Broadbeach 4218
