Job summary

Swatch on Collins Street in Melbourne is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to bring energy, passion and the brand to life in-store. You will create memorable customer experiences, drive sales, and embody the brand’s personality every day.

You’ll champion a customer-first culture, engage customers with enthusiasm, and contribute to a high-performing team through ongoing product knowledge and merchandising standards. Retail experience isn’t essential and a great energy helps us hear from you.

• Ensure the store always looks it’s best, including products displays and following our merchandising standards.
• Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management.
• Follow up with customers regarding warranty and general queries.
