Job summary

Banjo's Bakery Cafe in Townsville is seeking a Sales Team member to deliver fast, friendly customer service and prepare high-quality food and beverages. A positive, reliable team player with good communication will thrive in our fast-paced environment. Flexible hours and opportunities to grow with Banjo's are on offer.

Join us across opening hours 4.30am–7pm, seven days a week, and contribute to a welcoming store while upholding WHS practices and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Positive, confident team player with excellent customer service.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable.
• Reliable, well-organised, strong communicator in fast-paced settings.
• Eager to learn, develop and grow with Banjo's.

Job description

As part of the Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. If you’re a confident team player who thrives in a fast-paced food environment – we’d love to hear from you!

We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 4.30am and 7pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.
