Sama House is a boutique Yoga & Pilates studio in Melbourne’s growing north, created as a cosy haven for the Kalkallo community and surrounds to feel their best - empowered, balanced, and ready to take on life through the benefits of yoga and Pilates.

We’re looking for a sales superstar who’s as passionate about health and wellness as we are. You love the world of yoga, Pilates, and mindful movement, but you also know how to sell with heart. About the Role

This is a key role in driving business sales and growth in a boutique studio with big dreams to impact the lives of people through yoga and Pilates.

You will be responsible for calling warm leads who have already shown interest in Yoga & Pilates.

You will also answer inbound calls and assist clients with membership questions and general studio enquiries.

You will guide people through meaningful conversations that uncover their health & fitness goals and help them take their first step.

The role is KPI-driven, and your success will be measured by calls made, connections built, and conversions achieved.

We provide full training, a proven script, and ongoing support so you feel confident in every conversation.

You will receive weekly coaching and mentoring, paid for by us, to help you grow and improve in your role.

This is a flexible casual position with commission-only targets, where you can earn up to $100 per hour + access to free Yoga & Pilates classes. Availability when leads come through and during peak hours - midday, 3 pm to 6 pm, and weekends - is essential.

Who we’re looking for

You have proven sales experience with a track record of hitting KPIs and working with scripts.

You are confident on the phone and don’t shy away from making calls.

You are passionate about having life-changing conversations and believe in the impact of wellness and fitness.

Bonus points if you have worked in studio sales for Yoga, Pilates, or fitness clubs.

You value inclusivity and enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds and all walks of life.

You thrive on growth, embrace feedback, and won’t back down from the challenge of becoming the best version of yourself!

You’ll have flexibility, but being available when leads are most active - lunchtime, midday, 3pm to 6pm, and weekends - is key to success.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs to connect with and immerse themselves in the community, but remote applicants are also welcome.

We’re looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and start as soon as possible.
