Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join the GhandaGang in-store. You will deliver a memorable Ghanda Experience to every customer, engage in POS transactions, and keep the store looking sharp according to brand guidelines. You will also process deliveries and monitor stock levels.

The right candidate is reliable, able to work autonomously or with a team, and shares our values. Availability includes school holidays and access to transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn Ghanda systems and processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Ghanda Experience to every customer.
• Handle point of sale interactions and till reconciliation.
• Maintain store presentation per visual guidelines and brand direction.
• Process stock deliveries and manage inventory control.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the full Ghanda Experienceto each customer who visits our store
• Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Processing stock deliveries and inventory control
