Job summary

The Salvation Army Australia Warrnambool Store is seeking Sales Assistants to support the Store Manager and deliver an inspiring in-store experience for customers and the community. There are three permanent, part-time roles with rosters of 30.4, 13 and 12 hours per week.

The role covers retail sales, donation processing, merchandising and excellent customer service across locations in the retail area, complying with TSA values and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or strong customer service
• Ability to work a rolling roster including weekends
• Alignment with The Salvation Army values: integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, diversity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Sell goods and operate Point-of-Sale devices
• Sort, price and display donations in-store
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
