ResMed is seeking a Sales Assistant / Sleep Coach for our Campbelltown clinic in NSW. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, coaching customers through sleep health journeys, and driving clinic performance.

You will welcome customers, assess needs, and guide them to tailored solutions while maintaining store standards and accurate transactional processes. Training is provided to support growth within a global healthcare leader.

• Assist with stock management and inventory control.
• Manage and maintain trial equipment used by customers.
• Complete product training and stay up to date on ResMed's products and services.

As a Sleep Coach , you'll be the face of Resmed in our Campbelltown clinic. You'll create outstanding customer experiences while supporting people on their sleep health journey and contributing to the success of a purpose-driven healthcare business.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes the time to understand individual needs, and is motivated by achieving great outcomes for both customers and the business. You'll be part of a supportive team where customer care, professionalism, and results go hand in hand.

The Role at a Glance

• Full-time position (38 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday with two Saturday shifts per month
