Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Australia is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to deliver the Ghanda Experience to every customer who visits our store. You’ll handle till transactions, maintain a high standard of store presentation, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities include processing stock deliveries and inventory control, with opportunities for career progression as you move toward leadership roles from the shop floor. The role values a positive attitude and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong alignment with Ghanda's brand and values.
• Flexible availability including school holidays.
• Own reliable transport.
• Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not required.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the full Ghanda Experienceto each customer who visits our store
• Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Processing stock deliveries and inventory control
