Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is hiring a Retail Sales Assistant to deliver the Ghanda Experience in our store. You will drive customer service, manage till interactions, and maintain store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines.

Ideal candidates bring a can-do attitude, the ability to work autonomously or with a team, and a strong alignment with Ghanda's values. Flexible availability including school holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Ghanda Experience to every customer in store
• Handle POS transactions and till reconciliation
• Keep store presentation up to Ghanda visual guidelines
• Process stock deliveries and manage inventory

A day in the life

As a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our store
• Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Processing stock deliveries and inventory control
