THE ROLE

As part of our team, you’ll help create a memorable and personalised experience for every bride who walks through our doors. From helping brides discover their dream gown to styling the finishing touches, you’ll play an important role in making one of life’s most special moments truly unforgettable.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, personable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to make every bride feel beautiful, confident and completely herself.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Experience in retail sales or customer service. Bridal experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced boutique environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Confidence in helping brides explore different styles and feel comfortable throughout their appointment.

• Availability to work Saturdays is essential, alongside weekday availability as required.

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, or a willingness to obtain one.

A passion for marketing, social media and content creation would be a bonus. We love team members who bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm for the bridal industry.
