Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant in Ballarat to deliver the Ghanda Experience to every customer. You will support till operations, maintain store presentation, and help manage stock deliveries and inventory according to our visual merchandising standards.

The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, can work autonomously or with a team, and demonstrates flexibility including school holidays. A reliable transport option and alignment with our brand values are important.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the full Ghanda Experienceto each customer who visits our store

• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction


• Processing stock deliveries and inventory control
