Job summary

Autobarn, part of Bapcor, is hiring a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Stirling team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, advise on products, and support store targets while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented environment.

You don't need to be a car expert; we're looking for someone hands-on, customer-focused, and eager to learn. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, with basic computer literacy and a strong work ethic.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and make an impact!You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.

You don’t need to be a car expert or tick every box – we’re looking for people who will embody Autobarn values and are passionate about great service, teamwork, and making a difference.
