We're on the lookout for friendly, reliable and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our busy bakery team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love great food, and enjoy providing excellent service with a smile, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and Serve customers with a positive attitude
• Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Package and present baked goods for display and takeaway
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of front of house and service areas
• Restocking of products, fridges and displays throughout the day
• Assist with Opening and closing procedures
• Support the team and ensure smooth daily operations

What We're looking for

• Previous retail experience (bakery or cafe experience is a plus)
• Must be an Australian citizen with appropriate work rights
• Minimum 1+ years of retail or customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
• Well-groomed and professional presentation
• Punctual, reliable and strong team player
• Flexible availability (position includes weekend work) must be able to work between the hours of 5am-6pm
