We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service Consultant, internally referred to as a Local Community Consultant, at our Joondalup store. You may also be requested to work at our Karrinyup and Midland store to support your wider team. This role includes a flexible rotating roster working between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work.
As a Local Community Consultant, you connect Medibank’s products and services with your local community. You take ownership of the customer experience, providing end-to-end support across multiple channels - whether in-store, over the phone, in the community, or via messaging.
With a diverse skill set, you solve everyday challenges, adapt quickly, and keep customers at the heart of everything you do. You're curious, creative, and results-driven, always open to new ideas and ways of working.
