Are you a skilled off-the-plan sales professional looking for your next challenge with a secure pipeline, generous commission, and a dynamic team environment?

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Sales Agent to join a high-performing team specialising in Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living developments based in Wollongong.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Off-the-Plan Sales: Manage and convert enquiries into sales, with a strong focus on 2 and 3-bedroom apartments within a large-scale development.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport with prospective buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales journey from enquiry to contract.
  • Lead Management: Respond to inbound enquiries, conduct follow-ups, manage CRM data, and maintain detailed records of buyer interactions.
  • Presentation & Display: Conduct sales appointments and display suite tours, providing buyers with detailed product knowledge and insights on the development timeline.
  • Contract Coordination: Liaise with solicitors and buyers throughout the exchange and cooling-off process, ensuring a seamless and compliant sales process.
  • Collaborative Sales Approach: Work closely with internal team members and project leaders to align on sales strategy, targets, and client communications.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the project.
Requirements:
  • Class 2 real estate license (essential)
  • Proven experience selling off-the-plan apartments
  • Locally based in or near the Wollongong region
