Your Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage all incoming buyer enquiries
  • Conduct open inspections and private appointments
  • Build rapport, qualify buyers, and progress them through the sales journey
  • Negotiate and close sales with professionalism and confidence
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up
  • Provide weekly reporting and updates directly to the Managing Director

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in residential sales (apartment sales highly regarded)
  • Immaculate presentation and professional communication skills
  • Confident, articulate, and able to build trust quickly
  • Positive attitude with the ability to handle pressure
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to self-manage
  • Driven to achieve results while maintaining exceptional client service
  • Must operate under your own ABN as a full-time contractor
