Job summary

Adairs is seeking a friendly retail team member focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience and styling advice to help customers weave their homes into something special.

You will engage with customers, offer styling recommendations, and contribute to store performance while supporting Visual Merchandising and stock control in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a customer focused environment (ideally retail).
• Eye for detail; texture, colour, tone, and love creating solutions for customers.
• You’re a team player and are excited by contributing to the bigger goals.
• Outstanding teamwork commitment.

Responsibilities

• Creating a customer experience that is engaging, insightful and memorable.
• Consulting with customers around their styling solutions and making recommendations that complement their home.
• Contributing to the success of the overall stores' performance.
