Job summary

H&M is hiring a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, guide them through the store, and support in finding what they need while showcasing our products. You’ll work with your team to deliver exceptional service in every step of the customer journey and reflect our values in all interactions.

You’ll help customers with product knowledge, participate in maintaining an inviting store environment, and contribute to the overall success of the store and brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields.
• Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store experience while promoting our products and driving sales.
• Thriving in collaborative and dynamic environments.
• Communicative, creative, curious to work with store technology, with a strong eagerness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and action oriented.

You will:

Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.

Support with opening and closing of the store.

Representyourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
