We’re growing (again!) and on the hunt for someone awesome to join our team at Living Gem's vibrant Townsville resort, known as Harris Crossing.

This isn’t your average gig. It’s about people. It’s about connection. And it’s about getting stuff done—with heart, humour, and a whole lot of common sense.

You’ll be the go-to person helping our over-50s clients find their dream home, assisting the sales team, walking beside them through the journey with warmth, clarity, and a whole lot of “we’ve got this,” keeping things smooth, honest, and (mostly) drama-free in the absence of the sales team.

A day in the life might look like...

  • Guiding future homeowners through their journey with care and confidence
  • Building brilliant relationships with the construction crew
  • Managing contracts, tracking variations, and keeping the backend tidy
  • Updating the CRM and staying ahead of the game—no detail slips past you
  • Being a calming, competent presence when things get busy (and they will)
