Job summary

XPT SoftwareAustralia PTY Ltd in Sydney seeks an IAM professional to support and administer SailPoint IdentityNow in client environments. You will develop Java connectors and integrate IdentityNow with SAP and ServiceNow, while engaging with clients and partners on both technical and functional aspects.

The role requires strong IAM experience, English proficiency, and excellent communication. You will contribute to designing use cases, documenting requirements, and delivering OOTB demos for

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years overall IT experience.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience and working experience of SailPoint IDN(IdentityNow).
• Extensive knowledge of security applications, specifically around identity management and account creation/maintenance, as well as 3rd party IAM offerings.
• Experience with the any web technologies: XML, SCIM, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
• Familiarity with Roles Based Access Control.
• English language proficiency required.
• Good communication skills and experience working with clients and partners.
• Experience in IAM Support/Operations managing Incidents/Tasks/Changes/Problems
• Experience with business requirements, design, and documentation of IAM products.
• Preferred: SailPoint IDN Professional Certification or training and/or SailPoint IDN Engineer Certification or training.

Responsibilities

• Support and administration of SailPoint IdentityNow
• Integration and customization of SailPoint IdentityNow in client environment
• Developing Java custom code, custom connectors, and interfaces with other enterprise or cloud-based systems like SAP and ServiceNow
• Communicating to clients, vendors and others about aspects of the product and about the implementation at the technical and/or functional level
• Developing use cases, testing, debugging, support and maintenance
• Interfacing with the client for requirements, customizations, product functionality, and feedback
• Leading demos of configurations and customizations and general product OOTB features
• Preparing technical and user documentation
