Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) in Sydney is seeking a motivated WHSE professional to join our team. Working alongside experienced WHSE and project teams, you will gain practical exposure to site operations, compliance requirements, workforce engagement and safety systems along a structured development pathway toward a WHSE Coordinator position.

This role offers hands-on learning, administration support for safety documents, monitoring hazards, and contributing to a positive safety culture

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or in progress).
• ICAM or similar incident investigation training (in progress or willing to obtain).
• Provide Basic First Aid (in progress or willing to obtain).
• Construction Induction Card (White Card).

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of RCC's WHSE systems and processes.
• Assisting with workforce onboarding, site inductions and safety documentation.
• Coordinating administrative activities relating to project safety compliance.
• Supporting inspections, audits and routine site safety activities.
• Assisting with incident reporting and maintaining safety records.
• Monitoring and escalating hazards, incidents, compliance issues and system concerns to senior WHSE team members.
• Working closely with project teams to promote a positive safety culture across site operations.
• Providing day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the WHSE team.
