Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group in Australia is seeking a Safety & Wellbeing Partner to support sites across North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, championing a proactive safety culture. You will ensure that all legislative and operational health, safety and wellbeing requirements are met, applying safety data to audits, risk analysis and incident investigations.

You will deliver safety training, help implement health and safety systems and policies, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen safety

Qualifications

• Diploma in OH&S or related field required or equivalent work experience.
• Certificate IV in OH&S preferred; other qualifications considered.
• Experience with incident investigations and risk assessment is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and wellbeing guidance across Bolton Clarke sites.

About the Role

Join us as a Safety & Wellbeing Partner,supporting our sites across North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, to champion a strong, proactive safety and wellbeing culture at Bolton Clarke.

As the Safety & Wellbeing Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring that all legislative and operational health, safety and wellbeing requirements are met. You will apply safety data to conduct audits, determine issues and minimise risks, assist in deliver of safety training programs, and support the implementation of health and safety systems, policies and practices.

Alongside day‑to‑day support, you'll contribute to key initiatives that strengthen our safety culture and drive continuous improvement. At Bolton Clarke, Always safe isn't just one of our values - it's how we work.

Responsibilities include:

• Provides excellent customer service, builds and maintains effective relationships with key internal stakeholders across the group and external stakeholders to ensure a safe working environment.
• Analyses, understands, and applies safety data to assist in the identification and management of risk and determines key issues related to incidents, injuries, and wellbeing across group operations.
• Evaluates incident notifications and supports the undertaking of investigations to establish root causes with supervisors and managers, identifies preventative and corrective actions.
• Assists in the design and delivery of safety training programs which will upskill staff and managers with safety knowledge, risk assessment and hazard management.

About You

To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:

• Diploma preferred; Occupational Health and Safety is preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
• Minimal experience in relevant health and safety field is preferred.
• Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety, Internal Audit Certification, Fire Safety Advisor/Officer (QLD/NSW) is preferred.
• Proficient in Training Material Development, Incident Resolution, Data Analysis and Reporting and Health & Safety Programs and Policies.
• Excellent Communication, Analytical Thinking and Customer Service skills.
