Healthscope is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Specialist for The Victoria Clinic in Prahran. You will champion safety culture, influence leaders and drive the HSW strategy to improve workplace health and wellbeing across a mental health environment.

You’ll lead the HSW Improvement Plan, collaborate with the Executive Team and Managers, and shape compliance and safety leadership while delivering practical safety improvements daily.

Responsabilidades

• Build capability and ownership across leadership teams through coaching, influencing and embedding best-practice HSW systems and programs.
• Lead from the front with visible, proactive safety engagement across site operations.
• Drive safe systems of work, investigations, and leadership development through education and monitoring initiatives.
• Provide specialist advice to Managers, Supervisors, committees and contractors to identify risks and innovative solutions.
• Play a key role in risk management—facilitating assessments, developing SOPs, and leading investigations.
• Monitor and uplift performance—prepare reports, close gaps and track trends with autonomy to implement improvements.
• Support regulatory compliance through inspections, accreditation activities and alignment with standards.
