Job summary

A leading cement manufacturer is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Strategy Lead to join their Safety team in Gladstone. You will manage safety, health, and sustainability initiatives across multiple sites. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in Safety, Health or Environment, a minimum of 2 years of experience with SHE management systems and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in SHE management systems.
• Previous experience in mining/heavy industry is advantageous.
• Willingness to obtain Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support Safety Manager and Sustainability Specialist.
• Conduct work site inspections and audits.
• Participate in safety-related meetings.
• Act as Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator.
• Liaise with medical practitioners for return to work plans.
