Qualifications

• Strong document control and word processing skills.
• Experience preparing procedures, work instructions, policies or process documentation.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and document operational workflows.
• Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, logistics or quality environments.
• Familiarity with ISO-based management systems highly regarded.
• Exposure to quality, compliance or WHS systems desirable.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Location: Port Kembla, NSW
Work Type: Permanent Full-Time Onsite

An established manufacturing organisation is seeking a Safety & Quality Systems Support Officer to join its HSEQ/Technical team in Port Kembla.

This role has evolved to place a strong focus on document control, procedure development, process documentation, and quality systems support. We are seeking a highly organised professional who can analyse existing operational processes, document workflows, maintain controlled documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and warehouse operations.

You will work closely with operational teams to understand how functions interact, document current processes, maintain quality and safety systems, and provide support across technical and laboratory activities.

Key Responsibilities
