Linfox is seeking an operationally focused Safety, Health and Wellbeing professional to provide hands-on SHW support across multiple sites in Victoria, Australia. You will partner with site teams to embed practices, reduce risk and strengthen safety culture, delivering practical outcomes through engagement and coaching.

You will analyse safety data, coordinate risk assessments and drive continuous improvement while assisting with audits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Safety, Health & Wellbeing role within transport, warehousing or related industry.
• Knowledge of WHS legislation, risk assessment and hazard mitigation practices.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Proven capability to analyse safety data and drive corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Embed SHW practices across daily site activities.
• Analyse safety data to identify risks and mitigate them.
• Plan and deliver SHW campaigns to drive engagement.
• Coordinate risk assessments and Safe Work Procedures.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor reporting, investigations and corrective actions for improvement.

What does the job look like?

This role provides hands-on Safety, Health and Wellbeing support across multiple operational sites, partnering closely with site teams to reduce risk and strengthen safety culture. You will play a key role in driving practical safety outcomes through engagement, coaching, and site-based support.

Key areas:

• Support operational teams to embed Safety, Health and Wellbeing practices across daily site activities
• Analyse safety data to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Plan and deliver SHW campaigns to drive engagement and behavioural change
• Coordinate risk assessments, Safe Work Procedures and committee meetings to maintain safe operations
• Support sites in audit preparation and ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements
• Monitor safety reporting, investigations and corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement

You are an operationally focused safety professional who enjoys working closely with site teams and building strong relationships to drive safety outcomes. You bring a practical, hands‑on approach with the ability to manage priorities across multiple locations.

You can demonstrate:

• Experience in a Safety, Health & Wellbeing role within transport, warehousing or a related industry
• Knowledge of WHS legislation, risk assessment and hazard mitigation practices
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites and stakeholders
• Proven capability to analyse safety data and drive effective corrective actions
• Strong focus on site engagement, coaching and influencing safe behavioursCertificate IV in Work Health & Safety (preferred)
