Responsibilities

• Safely operating machinery floats, semi-trailers and heavy vehicles to transport equipment to and from sites.
• Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting any defects or maintenance needs.
• Safely loading, securing and unloading machinery with proper weight distribution.
• Applying load restraints per regulations and using chains, binders and straps correctly.
• Maintaining cleanliness and serviceability of trucks, trailers and equipment.
• Coordinating deliveries with operations and site personnel, maintaining paperwork.
