Overview

This is an opportunity to relocate to a friendly regional Queensland town in the heart of the outback! (Please note that the position is not based in Townsville. The successful candidate will be required to relocate as FIFO/ DIDO is not an option for this opportunity)

The Opportunity

As Safety Coordinator, you’ll guide and support a small, motivated team while continuing the roll-out of a modern Safety Management System (Skytrust). The foundation is already built, and your focus will be on engaging different work groups, simplifying processes, and making safety relevant and accessible for everyone.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves, and knows how to bring people along on the journey. You’ll work closely with a supportive Director who values collaboration and continuous improvement, while also having the freedom to shape outcomes.
