  • Support a thorough learning culture by supporting event investigations and developing/implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

  • Assist with the rollout of fatality-prevention and process-safety programs.

  • Analyse incident data, identify trends, and develop proactive safety initiatives.

  • Incident Investigation qualifications with previous exposure to facilitating learning teams (highly desirable)

  • Safety Management System auditing expertise

  • Knowledge of Occupational Health exposures and controls (desirable)

  • Extensive experience in implementing behavioural safety initiatives and consultation processes.

  • Risk management expertise, including experience with fatality prevention and project management systems.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset, capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
