Daltech is seeking a proactive Safety Advisor based in Perth to enhance safety culture and support operations. This role involves conducting audits, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with WHS legislation.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Safety Advisor, a strong understanding of WHS legislation, and relevant qualifications. The position offers a competitive salary range of AUD 95,000 - AUD 120,000 plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Safety Advisor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation.
• Confident engaging with frontline teams.
• Experience in incident investigation and reporting.
• Relevant WHS qualification (Cert IV or higher preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to strengthen safe work practices.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Support incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment with WHS legislation and company standards.
• Engage crews through toolbox talks and on-site presence.
• Identify trends and contribute to continuous improvement.

Skills

Experience in a Safety Advisor or similar role

Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation
