Job summary

Genus Infrastructure Pty Ltd is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate electrical construction activities on-site for a critical operations project at Hope Downs 1 hub. The role focuses on safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The successful applicant will lead teams, review Work Packs, liaise with Engineering and Project Teams, and ensure compliance with WA requirements and client specifications.

Qualifications

• Trade Qualifications in Electrotechnology, Electrical Instrumentation or relevant similar field.
• Section 26 essential
• Valid, unrestricted WA Electrical Licence.
• FMG Inducted (highly desirable)
• Qualifications in Construction Leadership and Supervision.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in supervisory position, ideally in construction and maintenance roles.
• Valid Driver's Licence - "C" Class
• OH&S Construction Safety Induction White Card.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work to required deadlines.
• Good judgement and decision making.
• High level communication including active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and guidance to improve Team performance.
• Supervise, monitor and evaluate personnel to ensure that all work is on schedule, to required quality and client specifications.
• Assist in the creation of electrical and instrumentation Work Packs/Test Packs.
• Ensure all Work Packs and Job Cards are kept up to date, and all changes are accounted for in a timely manner.
• Liaise with internal Engineering and Project Teams, as well as external stakeholders, to achieve the Project performance goals.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate electrical construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction methodologies, and the ability to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Successful Applicant Will Be Responsible For
