Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking a Rental Service Agent in Australia to deliver exceptional customer experiences across rentals and RV sales. The role combines hands-on service, product demonstrations, and follow-up sales management to reach targets.

You will conduct check-ins and check-outs, perform RV demos, and manage leads in CRM, ensuring smooth handovers and documentation. Must have strong communication and driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments (1–3 years).
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct check-ins/check-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support.
• Prepare and perform RV demos, showcasing features and customer needs.
• Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM; convert rentals to sales.
• Maintain knowledge of RV models and perform basic system demos.
