Job summary

Saputo, via AG Warehouse in Cohuna, Victoria, is seeking a Rural Sales Assistant for an on-site role. You will work with a small team to assist customers with pricing and product queries, operate POS, and help with stock displays and deliveries.

The ideal candidate has retail or agricultural experience, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships. MS Office skills are welcome; forklift is a bonus. Full-time with OT potential and clear development paths are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, agriculture or both.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and ability to build strong relationships.
• Exposure to stock control is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine customer service and assist customers with pricing and product queries.
• Process point of sale (POS) transactions.
• Assist with store setup and merchandise displays.
• Receiving inwards goods, unpacking orders, and deliveries.
• Perform general banking tasks.
• Occasionally perform heavy lifting tasks.
