Elders in Winton is seeking a Rural Products Sales Representative on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support the Branch’s retail team, manage stock reception and dispatch, and draw on product knowledge and customer service to help clients grow their business.

Based within the Elders network, you will build relationships, explore new opportunities, and deliver complete delivery service while adhering to safety standards.

Formación

• Proven sales track record with rural or agricultural products.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license; heavy rigid truck and forklift licenses preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by recommending Elders products.
• Source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets.
• Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch.
• Process sales transactions and prepare quotes for clients.
• Provide complete delivery service ensuring timely rural product distribution.
• Assist with stock handling and receiving, following safety standards.

About the role

We are looking for a Rural Products Sales Representative to join our Winton team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Rural Products Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch’s retail team. You will be responsible for providing logistics support, including the safe receiving and dispatching of stock, while leveraging your expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential as you explore new opportunities for them.

Supported by the extensive Elders network, you will have access to the necessary tools and resources to grow and advance in your career.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to enhance their business growth.
• Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets.
• Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products.
• Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
• Provide a complete delivery service, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of rural products.
• Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards.

• A heavy rigid truck license is preferred, with support available to obtain one.
• A forklift license is preferred, with support available to obtain one.
