Central Highlands Rural Health invites compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support clients at home across rural Victoria. The role offers a 12-month fixed-term assignment with casual positions also available, focusing on assisting with daily living, transport, and community access.

Applicants should have a Certificate III in Aged and Community Services (or equivalent), current First Aid, a driver’s licence, and flexibility to cover shifts and locations.

Formación

• Certificate III in Aged and Community Services is required.
• Current First Aid certificate and a valid driver’s licence are required.
• Flexibility to work across shifts and locations on a casual basis.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Provide respite and companionship to clients.
• Support with transport and community access.
• Deliver low-level therapeutic rehabilitation.
• Support clients to remain independent at home.
